At the start of Holy Week Lynne was in a lot of pain which got gradually worse as the week progressed. She needed to be taken to the emergency where she was diagnosed with a life threatening blockage in her abdomen. On Maundy Thursday, she had an operation to remove the blockage. Tortellini with Mushroom and Garlic Sauce
1 pkg. fresh or frozen tortellini 1 tbsp butter or margarine 1 small green pepper, cut into short strips 1 small red pepper, cut into short strips 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom and Garlic soup (This is getting hard to find. I look around my house these days, and it’s easy to get discouraged at so much clutter! It’s not a big house, as houses go.
