Tortellini with Mushroom and Garlic Sauce
1 pkg. fresh or frozen tortellini 1 tbsp butter or margarine 1 small green pepper, cut into short strips 1 small red pepper, cut into short strips 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom and Garlic soup (This is getting hard to find. Submitted by: Janet Ottewell (Pronounced “delicious” by Janet’s friends with whom she shared them.) Method: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine or butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. In a small bowl, beat egg with buttermilk; add to flour mixture with prunes and orange peel. Mix well but do not overhandle.
